MA/MSc Exam 2021


NOTIFICATION


It is notified for the information of all concerned that MA/M.Sc. (Part – I & II) Annual Examinations, 2021 will commence tentatively in the month of August 2021. Therefore, all those Registered Candidates appeared in the MA/M.Sc. Annual Examinations 2020 or before and got compartment or promoted, are advised to submit their Examination Admission Forms obtainable (free of cost) from Examinations & Secrecy Section of the University, during office timings, as per the following schedule. (The said forms, can also be downloaded from the University website www.kkkuk.edu.pk).

Note: Examination Admission FORM AND FEE Receipt (Both) must reach the University on or before the last date of admission, failing which late/double/triple fee will be charged according to the schedule. Demand Draft shall not be entertained. Fee must be deposited in UBL Karak City. along with the following documents:
  • Attested copies of M.A/M.Sc. (Part – I & II) DMCs.
  • Attested copy of CNIC of the student & father/guardian.
  • Attested copies of DMC & Certificates of SSC & HSSC.
  • The columns of postal/permanent address and cell phone No. must be filled in.
  • Four (04) attested (Two back side & Two front side) passport size photographs with white background (Both Male & Female).
  1. Separate Forms must be submitted for Part-I & Part-II, in case the candidate has got compartments in both the parts.
  2. The forms may be attested by any Gazetted Officer and be submitted directly to the Examinations Section, Khushal Khan Khattak University, Karak along with attested documents copies, mentioned above.
  3. Claim of candidates, to have sent Admission Form by post but not received at the Examinations Section may be considered subject to provision of documentary proof to the effect that the form(s) had been received in the university within due time.
  4. Those candidates who have applied for rechecking/retotaling or have submitted appeals against the decision of the Examination Disciplinary Committee should also apply (if eligible) as per aforementioned schedule and should not wait for decision of their applications. Whereas those candidates who get eligible for admission after declaration of results of rechecking/retotaling or appeal, are advised to submit their Examination Admission Forms within 10 days with normal fee after the results’ declaration. kindly contact on 0927-291003 for further detail.
  5. As per HEC notification of Phasing Out Two Years Degree Programs of BA/BSc & MA/M.Sc., Fresh candidates are not allowed/eligible to appear in the examination.
  6. Incomplete forms or those received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and incase of concealment of facts/incomplete/wrong information the university reserves the right to cancel admission of any applicant.
