BA/BSc Exam 2021


It is notified for the information of all concerned that BA/B.Sc. (Part – I & II) Annual Examination, 2021 will commence tentatively in the month of July 2021. Therefore, all those registered Students/Candidates appeared in the BA/B.Sc. Annual/Supply Examination 2020 or before and got compartment, are advised to submit their Examination Admission Forms obtainable (free of cost) from Examinations & Secrecy Section of the University, during office timings, as per the following schedule. (The said forms, can also be downloaded from the University website


With Normal Fee Upto 19/04/2021


With Late Fee Rs. 100 Upto 10/05/2021


With Double Fee Upto 25/05/2021


With Triple Fee Upto 07/06/2021

Note: Examination Admission FORM AND FEE Receipt (Both) must reach the University on or before the last date of admission failing which late/double/triple fee will be charged according to the schedule. Demand Draft shall not be entertained. Fee must be deposited in UBL Karak City.
  1. Separate Forms must be submitted for Part-I & Part-II in case the candidate has got compartment in both the parts.

  2. Principals of affiliated colleges are requested to send the forms of the candidates complete in all respect along with the following documents:

    1. Attested copies of B.A/B.Sc. (Part – I & II) DMCs.

    2. Attested copy of CNIC of the student/father/guardian.

    3. Attested copies of DMC & Certificates of SSC & HSSC.

    4. Four (04) attested (Two back side & Two front side) passport size photographs with white background (Both Male & Female).

    5. The columns of postal/permanent address and cell phone No. must be filled in.

  3. In case of private candidates, forms may be attested by any Gazetted officer and be submitted directly to the Examinations Section, Khushal Khan Khattak University, Karak along with attested documents copies, mentioned above.

  4. Claim of candidates, to have sent Admission Form by post but not received at the Examinations Section may be considered subject to provision of documentary proof to the effect that the form(s) had been received in the university within due time.

  5. Those candidates who have applied for rechecking/retotaling or have submitted appeals against the decision of the Examination Disciplinary Committee should also apply (if eligible) as per aforementioned schedule and should not wait for outcome of their applications. Whereas those candidates who get eligible for admission after declaration of results of rechecking/retotaling or appeal, are advised to submit their EAF within 10 days with normal fee after the results’ declaration. kindly contact on 0927-291003 for further detail.

  6. As per HEC notification of Phasing Out Two Years Degree Programs of BA/BSc & MA/M.Sc., Fresh students/candidates are not allowed/eligible to appear in the examination.

  7. Candidates appearing in the upcoming BA/BSc supplementary examination 2020 are advised to submit their examination admission form for Annual Examination 2021 with normal fee within 20 days after declaration of result of the supplementary examinations otherwise fee will be charged applicable at that time accordingly.

  8. Incomplete forms or those received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and incase of concealment of facts/incomplete/wrong information the university reserves the rights to cancel admission of any applicant.
