M.A/M.Sc Admission

NOTIFICATION

In continuation of this office earlier Notification No. 1334/KKKUK/MA/Exam/Conduct /2020 dated 09-01-2020, it is notified for information of all concerned that the dates for submission of Examination Admission Forms (EAFs) for M.A/M.Sc. (Previous & Final) Examinations, 2020 have been extended as per the following schedule:

DMC fee Rs.500/- and Registration fee Rs. 1500/- included in Private (Fresh i.e new registration.

Note: 1: Examination Admission FORM AND FEE Receipt (Both) must reach the University on or before the last date of admission. Demand Draft shall not be entertained. Fee must be deposited in United Bank Limited (UBL) Karak City Branch.

Note: 2: 1. Candidates are requested to send the Examination Admission Forms complete in all respect alongwith the following documents::

i. Original receipt of Fee
ii. Attested copies of the B.A/B.Sc & M.A/M.Sc (if already done Masters) DMC and Degree.
iii. Attested copies of M.A/M.Sc (Previous & Final) DMCs for compart candidates
iv. Original Migration Certificate (For those fresh candidates who have done their B.A/B.Sc from a university other than Khushal Khan Khattak University, Karak)
v. Attested copy of CNIC of the student.
vi. Four (04) attested passport size photographs with white background (Both Male & Female).
vii. The columns of postal/permanent address and cell phone No. must be filled in.

2. Examination Admission Forms may be attested by any Gazetted officer and be submitted directly to the Examinations Section, Khushal Khan Khattak University, Karak.

3. A candidate who wants to be examined in a place other than permanent address must provide proof of his/her own/parents, service (attested by the Head of concerned Department) or residence certificate with the form duly attested by Assistant Commissioner/Deputy Commissioner.

4. Claim of candidates, to have sent Admission Form by post but not received at the Examinations Section may be considered subject to provision of documentary proof to the effect that the form(s) had been received in the university within due time.

5. Incomplete forms or those received after the stipulated time will not be accepted under any circumstances.

6. Candidates having domicile of other districts/places but residing in the jurisdiction of Khushal Khan Khattak University, Karak are allowed for MA/M.Sc private Examinations subject to provision of service/Residence certificate of their own / parents.
