B.A/B.Sc Admission 2020

NOTIFICATION

In continuation of this office earlier Notification No.1333/KKKUK/B.A/B.Sc-A/Exam/Conduct/2020 dated 09-01-2020, it is notified for information of all concerned that the dates for submission of Examination Admission Forms (EAFs) for B.A/B.Sc. (Part- I & II) Annual Examination 2020 have been extended as per the following schedule:

DMC fee Rs. 500/- included in all fee categories and Registration fee Rs. 1500/- included only in Private (Fresh) category.

Note: 1: Examination Admission FORM AND FEE Receipt (Both) must reach the University on or before the last date of admission. Demand Draft shall not be entertained. Fee must be deposited in United Bank Limited (UBL) Karak City Branch.

Note: 2: 1. Principals of affiliated colleges are requested to send the forms of Regular/Late College candidates complete in all respect alongwith the following documents:

i. Attested copies of the Intermediate DMC and Certificate (for Part – I fresh students only).
ii. Attested copies of B.A/B.Sc (Part – I) DMC for all continuing students.
iii. Both Part (I & II) DMCs, for all late college students who have already appeared in BA/B.Sc Part – II Examination.
iv. Attested copy of CNIC of the student/father/guardian.
v. Four (04) attested passport size photographs with white background (Both Male & Female).
vi. The columns of postal/permanent address and cell phone No. must be filled in.

2. In case of private candidates:

i. Forms may be attested by any Gazetted officer and be submitted directly to the Examinations Section, Khushal Khan Khattak University, Karak
ii. Attested photocopies of Intermediate DMC, Certificate (for Part – I fresh candidates)
iii. CNIC
iv. FOUR (04 attested passport size photographs
v. All part – I (Private) candidates must send their Migration Certificate in original along with the admission form
vi. Both Part (I & II) DMCs, for all those private students who have already appeared in BA Part – II examination.

3. A candidate who wants to be examined in a place other than permanent address must provide proof of his/her own/parents, service (attested by the Head of concerned Department) or residence certificate with the form duly attested by Assistant Commissioner/Deputy Commissioner.
4. Claim of candidates, to have sent Admission Form by post but not received at the Examinations Section may be considered subject to provision of documentary proof to the effect that the form(s) had been received in the university within due time.
5. Incomplete forms or those received after the stipulated time will not be accepted under any circumstances.
